TEF and TEFAQ assessment tests

Our TEF-TEFAQ manager will process your request and then send you a registration confirmation email within approximately 72 hours.
To confirm your registration, online payment by credit card is required at the time of registration. Once your payment is received, you will receive an official registration confirmation, no later than 3 working days from your online registration.
Please note: A non-refundable administrative fee of $50 applies upon registration.
Cancellation fees are $120 if it is one or 2 events, and $160 for 3 or 4 events (see cancellation conditions).
ABSENCE AND CANCELLATION
Cancellations are only possible in the event of serious illness or travel. You need supporting documentation to be able to cancel. It should be noted that the CCI Paris always closes exam sessions 1 week in advance on their Portal. After this closing and if the CCI Paris authorizes your cancellation, an administrative fee of $160 (4 tests) or $120 (2 tests) will be withheld from the reimbursement of your payment. If the CCI Paris does not authorize your cancellation, no refund will be possible. If cancellation is made before the closing date, the same administration fee will be withheld from your payment.

After this closing, if you wish to cancel, you must provide us with supporting proof which we will have to submit to the CCI Paris. If the CCI Paris authorizes your cancellation, an administrative fee of $160 (4 tests) or $120 (2 tests) will be withheld from the reimbursement of your payment. If the CCI Paris does not authorize your cancellation, no refund will be possible. And if the cancellation is made 8 days or more before the date of your exam, the same administration fees will be withheld from your payment.
