Through the French and Cooking
program, students learn about Quebec cuisine and its fusion with international influences. Cooking workshops are planned in the afternoon in addition to morning French classes.
Morning French classes are structured in 7 levels, and help students develop all four skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing, in addition to attention to the study of grammar and phonetics.
The cooking classes are held in the college’s professional cooking training center and taught by a well-known local professional chef.
To complement courses and workshops, we offer an outstanding activities and excursions program to which students can subscribe à la carte.
