Refund policy

To apply for a refund, students (in case of a minor: adult in charge); must submit a written request for a refund stating specifically one or more valid reasons for withdrawing.

We need a copy of your Official Acceptance letter to Edu-Inter. (Please attach this to the request.) The following items are non-refundable: Registration fee, Placement fee and Medical insurance fee. Special refund conditions are available only for denied VISA and Package.

In the case of a visa refusal:

You are entitled to a full refund of the paid fees, except a penalty of 100 $ CAD for administration fee. Apart from the refund request, you must provide Edu-Inter with the letter from the Canadian Embassy stating that your visa was denied.

Refund Policy - Tuition:

  1. If the refund request is received at least two weeks prior to your scheduled start date, all the fees will be refunded minus: Registration Fee and 10% of total tuition Fees.
  2. If the refund request is received less than one week prior to your scheduled start date, all the fees will be refunded minus: Registration Fee and 30% of total tuition Fees.
  3. If the refund request is received after you have started your courses, all the fees will be refunded minus:

Registration Fee, and 50 % of unused remaining tuition fees, two weeks following after the cancellation date.

Refund Policy - Accommodation:

  1. If the refund request is received at least two weeks prior to your scheduled start date, all the fees will be refunded minus: Placement Fee.
  2. If the refund request is received less than one week prior to your scheduled start date, all the fees will be refunded minus: Placement Fee and 15% of total Accommodation Fees.
  3. If the refund request is received after you have started your courses, all the fees will be refunded minus:

Placement Fee and 50% of total Accommodation Fees.

Refund Policy - Package:

  1. If the refund request is received at least two weeks prior to your scheduled start date, all the fees will be refunded minus 15% of total Package Fees.
  2. If the refund request is received less than one week prior to your scheduled start date, all the fees will be refunded minus 30% of total Package Fees.
  3. If the refund request is received after you have started your courses, no refund will be granted.

Edu-Inter guarantees all refunds to be made without delay.
